We use the freshest local produce, seafood and succulent New Zealand beef & lamb, complemented by a selection of beautiful New Zealand wines and a range of beers on tap.

The meeting of two worlds
Proudly owned and operated by brothers Dan and Karl Marsland, Split derives its name from their ancestral connections to Croatia. The Dalmatian spirit and values that have been passed down, mixed with a passion for Northland's people and environment, is what makes Split much-loved by locals and visitors alike.
