We had a wonderful dinner at Split Bar and Restaurant! The fish with risotto was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The cocktail was just as impressive, and we loved every sip. In a city where dinner plans can be cut short by a restaurant closing early this place stayed open pass the closing time to accommodate my party. Amazing delicious food and appetizers and supper friendly staff, even got engaged in a conversation with the chef who wanted to check on our experience. Drinks are top notch too!
